Watt Stopper is looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual to fill a key District Sales Manager position. The District Sales Manager position is one that includes a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The goal of this position is to increase sales of Watt Stopper products within the Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin region. The ideal candidate will be energetic, professional, creative, willing to travel ( 65% travel), and have excellent written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment and have a positive demeanor. The District Sales Manager will learn all aspects of Watt Stopper products and services in order to answer customer questions, conduct training for customers, work trade shows and assist in representative or new employee training on products. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for growing business for Watt Stopper. This will involve developing relationships with our customers including Specifiers, Contractors, Distributors and End Users. This position will be responsible for working with our representatives in the territory assigned. The District Manager will need to educate their representatives and will be responsible for ensuring that the representatives remain focused on increasing the sales of Watt Stopper products and sales techniques. The District Sales Manager will maintain constant contact with the outside and inside sales force in an effort to facilitate communication on projects and other sales opportunities that may cross territory lines. The results of constant communications will be realizing new opportunities for the company and increased sales.
