    Main Activities:


    Organization:  Logistics
    Main Interface: Internal:  DC Manager, DC Supervisor, Warehouse Team Lead

    Main Job Duties:

    • Material Handlers load and unload materials within a warehouse or storage facility utilizing hand truck, forklifts, standups.
    • Assist with cycle count program when needed. Participate in annual full inventory count.
    • Perform applicable quality checks and document results.
    • Perform basic maintenance activities.
    • Ensure all materials are labeled correctly.
    • Ensure stocking area is clean and organized, free from food, waste, trash and any hazard that may cause injury.
    • Perform other duties as requested by supervisors or management.
    • Must be able to work flexible work schedule.



    •  High school diploma or equivalent.


    • 2 years warehouse general experience is preferred.
    • 1 year forklift experience required.


    • Basic math skills.
    • Ablility to perform repetitive job functions, hand mobility, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
    • Ablility to stand the majority of the work day.
    • Ability to multi-task and time management skills.
    • Warehouse/distribution knowledge is preferred.
    • Self-disciplined individual with strong work ethic and attention to details.
    • Ability to read and understand procedures.
    • Ability to follow work instructions.
    • Ability and knowledge of forklift operations, certification is required.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Able to stand the majority of the work day.

    Legrand has exciting opportunities for a Material Handler to join the Legrand team in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This position will ensure the loading and unloading of materials within the warehouse, stage materials for the sorters and receivers correctly and staging of outbound orders to customers correctly.
