    Legrand has an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing Operations team in West Hartford, CT. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of web, email and marketing automation activities across multiple Legrand business units. The candidate will need to keep up with the current evolution of online marketing technology, have strong analytical skills, and have a drive for improvement to the business. This individual will function in a complex, matrixed organization and will work with multiple managers. This person will also be willing to relocate for advancement opportunities.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Technology required.


    • 0-3 years in marketing, technology, or a related function.

    Required Skills:

    • Hands-on experience with key digital media disciplines/tools, such as: brand website management, social media marketing/community management, search engine optimization (SEO), user-generated content, and email marketing
    • Working knowledge of website analytics and website conversion metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL)
    • Strong analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate metrics and impact of digital initiatives
    • Passion for digital media and devices, considers him/herself an 'early adopter' of digital trends
    • Willing to relocate for career growth opportunities – Must be mobile
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong time and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
    • A self-starter, with the ability to thrive within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail
    • Ability to work effectively across functional groups
    • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with HTML/CSS, web programming, content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Wix, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.
    • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, display advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), Google Analytics, Salesforce.com and/or Pardot
    • Experience with digital writing such as email copy, subject lines or web content

    Position Attributes

    Main Activities:

    • Support the various marketing and product teams across Legrand North America’s business units, prioritizing and managing the digital needs of multiple projects and campaigns.
    • Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of maintaining and updating multiple Legrand web properties and channels, ensuring a best-in-class experience for site users.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams and creative agencies to develop and execute digital product launches and email and web marketing campaigns in accordance with brand standards.
    • Manage reporting tools and oversee data analysis and conclusion/insight development.
    • Implement and optimize personalized, targeted marketing campaigns through our digital web, email and automation platforms.
    • Measure and optimize campaign performance to deliver relevant marketing content to customers and influencers at the right time during the buying cycle.
    • Communicate technical messages to a non-technical audience.
    • Travel less than 10%.
