Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Product Coordinator to join the Middle Atlantic Products Team in Fairfield, NJ. The Product Data Coordinator is responsible for performing a wide range of key tactical actions in support of the Product Management department to ensure department and company success.

  • BA or BS degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in Business Administration or Marketing and/or secretarial/sales administration technical school.


  • 1-2 years of experience in a support role


  • Ability to perform detailed work accurately, balance multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines.
  • Must possess analytical thinking, problem-solving, critical thinking and informed decision making skills.
  • Ability to analyze essential and non-essential tasks and prioritize the workload.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in oral and written communications.
  • Ability to research, compose and prepare complete and concise reports.
  • Microsoft Office experience required (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Position Attributes

Main Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the management of Middle Atlantic’s pricing process, including but not limited to coordination and implementation of price increases for Domestic & International business, maintenance of the Pricing Procedure, product exception management, replacement part pricing, special pricelists.
  • Maintains all product related data; owns the sales hierarchy and is accountable for working with Vice President of Product Management, Finance, Sales Analyst, Product Management Operations Manager, and Product Managers to insure alignment of reporting tiers/item master between Middle Atlantic Products and Legrand North America.
  • Manages all activity relative to the New Product Development Process; SKU entry, scheduling of Design Reviews, Quickbase entries, Order Entry of Pilot and Final Design Review product, ordering of Competitive samples, recording meeting minutes when needed.
  • Provide recurring and ad-hoc sales reports out of ROI and the SQL database to support business needs of Product Management.
  • Facilitate activities of portfolio management and discontinuation of existing product by supporting the product managers throughout SKU rationalization.
  • Scheduling of departmental meetings and team events; responsible for building meeting agendas and follow up on all tasks.
  • Assistance with calendar management, expense reports & administrative functions for Vice President of Product Management.
  • Support Product Management Operations Manager with all department and corporate initiatives. Current initiatives are Pricelist Automation, Data Clean Up, EOL Process,
  • Perform any other duties as required in support of product team to ensure realization of departmental and corporate goals.
