Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a IT Business Analyst to join the Legrand Team in West Hartford, CT. The individual in this role will support the B2B eCommerce strategy, execution and maintenance. This role will gather client requirements and support the connection between our technical and business teams, and coordinate complex and diverse groups and assist in the deployment of a modern B2B experience across multiple business units.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management or related, or equivalent combination in education and experience


  • Minimum 2 years experience with eCommerce systems or other enterprise level solutions (ERP, CRM, or other relevant web applications)


  • Experience configuring and deploying SAP Hybris a plus
  • Business technology process and strategy a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and collaborate within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication – verbal and written skills

Position Attributes


Main Job Duties:

  1. Work closely with the Director of Digital Systems to manage the technical strategy and deployment of a B2B Portal
  2. Collaborate across multiples businesses and brands to gather requirements and build out processes
  3. Participate in requirements gathering and scope definition workshops during initial project planning
  4. Document business systems and processes for the B2B program
  5. Coordinate the entire lifecycle of the project by resource management, time management and activity coordination
  6. Ability to clearly document and present scope creep, risk and conflict to the project owners with substantial data and insight
