Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Inside Sales Lead to join the Data Communications Division in Moraine, Ohio. The individual in this role will focus on the growth of assigned accounts through proactive category management, quoting, coordinating and assisting in sales opportunities and educating our customer on our market and product lines. ISL’s act as a liaison and as first point of escalation for Field Sales team on National Accounts.

Qualifications

Education:   

  • Bachelors Degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:  

  • 2 - 3 years of successful sales support/ customer service experience.  Industry experience preferred.
  • Amazon Vendor Central knowledge preferred

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of Channel Sales environment and Distribution/Reseller relationships
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in the use of SAP/CRM, Live Person, and other sales technologies.

 

Position Attributes

Main Job Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service support on inbound requests from C2G’s Premier National Account customers including Sales, Purchasing and Product Management personnel.
  • Qualify, probe, up-sell, and cross-sell customers the full range of connectivity products.
  • Provide inventory support by managing stock levels, SKU maintenance and suggested buys within the National and Ecommerce Accounts.
  • Participate in tradeshows, training visits, and vendor fairs to deliver product information directly to customers
  • Work within the TRG team to ensure that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely, professional manner.
  • Utilize established Company processes and reports to ensure exceptional support to National and Ecommerce Account customers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting of information to ensure that both the customer and the Company are provided with the information they need to best perform their jobs.
  • Maintain levels of productivity as outlined by the department
  • Regular communications with Field Sales team members and Rep Firms to ensure account strategies are aligned.
  • Close working relationship with accounting, product management and purchasing with focus on National Account strategic goals
  • Outbound calls to Assigned Premier National Accounts to follow up on Quotes, bids or other leads
  • Provides Bid pricing to assigned Premier National Accounts up to $25,000.00
  • Accomplish other assignments or projects as requested.
