Legrand has exciting opportunities for 5 Production Coordinators to join the team in Fort Mill, SC. This role will assist in the Distribution Center daily operations to ensure production is done accurately and timely.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent. 

Experience:

  • Previous experience working within a distribution environment preferred.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability and time management skills.
  • Self disciplined individual with strong work ethic.
  • Ability to train new employees and develop team work within new work cells.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to adhere to timelines to ensure success.
  • Having a sense of urgency and detailed oriented.
  • Must understand all PKMS functions:  Reporting ordering, inventory management
  • Must have overall production floor knowledge.

Position Attributes

  • Assist in ensuring that production is done accurately and timely.
  • Assist in the training and development of a productive and highly motivated staff.
  • Assist in communicating with subordinates, peers and management team.
  • Abide by and enforce company policies.
  • Report all accidents and product damage immediately and follow up by investigating appropriately.
  • Assist in the training of all employees in department.
