    Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Lead to join the Legrand Team in Fort Mill, SC. This role is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of team members employed to work on a given project. The team lead wil ensure operations run seamlessly and will monitor and evaluate the performance of employees.

    • High school diploma or equivalent


    • 3 years general warehouse experience.


    • Good verbal and written communications.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
    • Basic mathematical abilities. 
    •  Ability to apply to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.  Basic understanding of keyboard, monitor and hard drive.
    • Ability to learn other job functions.
    • Ability to Multitask.
    • Ability to lift 30 – 50LBS.

    Main Job Duties:

    • Knowledge of Legrand safety rules and policies.
    • Assist in ensuring that production is done accurately and timely.
    • Assist in communicating with subordinates, peers and management team.
    • Abide by and enforce company policies.
    • Report all accidents and product damage immediately.
    • Assist supervisor to resolve customer inquiries and damage claims in a professional and timely manner.
    • Must maintain confidentiality with regards to employee information.
    • Assist in the training of all employees in department.
    • Hold daily meeting with employees.
    • Able to work overtime as needed.
    • Ability to interrupt and articulate data, make recommendations to drive quality and efficiency.
