    • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA preferred.


    • Minimum 5-7 years experience in financial or accounting roles, showing progressing advancement.



    • Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, organize and accomplish a diversified work load.
    • Requires strong organizational and time management skills, close attention to detail and be able to effectively handle multiple priorities.
    • Possess strong computer skills with a proficiency in spreadsheets, financial modeling, and presentation software.
    • Ability to use internet and web based resources efficiently and effectively.

    At a Glance


    Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join the Legrand North America Team in West Hartford, CT. In this role, this person will be responsible for the consolidation process and analysis of results for Legrand North America, and oversight of staff performing supporting tasks.


    What Will You Do?


    While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to:

    • Assist in analyzing all business and financial results related to the consolidation and financial reporting for Legrand North America (financial reporting package and financial systems update).
    • Work with business unit financial leads to understand drivers of financial performance.
    • Lead month-end accounting close for Legrand Holding Inc. (journal entries, account reconciliations).
    • Support the Legrand budget and forecast processes.
    • Analyze cost center results with comparisons against budget, forecast and prior year.
    • Work with cost center owners to understand drivers of results and assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
    • Develop and present financial results to senior and executive management.
    • Ad hoc analysis and projects as required.
