    Customer Support Representative

    Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative to join our Middle Atlantic Products team (a Legrand NA company). You’ll be someone our customers turn to for handling inquiries or issues, processing orders, researching and resolving requests. Your exceptional interpersonal and follow-through skills will help us improve sales and enhance customer satisfaction. You’ll maintain an ongoing relationship with customers, field sales, distribution, purchasing, manufacturing and marketing.



     

    Main Job Duties:

    • Provide pricing, availability, and schedule information.
    • Suggest additional/alternative products or services to meet customer needs.
    • Research and resolve customer inquiries.
    • Serves as a communication link between customers and sales staff.
    • Process and track orders.
    • Provide guidance and assistance to new staff.
    • Support committed accounts to ensure delivery of exceptional service, enhance customer satisfaction and grow customer loyalty.

     

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:   

    • Related Bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma and a minimum six years business experience.

     

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of electrical concepts preferred.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment. 
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
    • Excellent negotiation abilities.
    • Solid business acumen.
    • Computer proficiency.
    • Professional phone etiquette and strong typing skills.
    • Knowledge of low voltage applications a plus.
