    Regional Field Service Delivery Manager

    Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Field Service Delivery Manager. You will be a critical member of our Group Managed Services team as you ensure the quality of our delivered services. This involves accountability for the development and support of key metrics and reporting.  We’re looking to you to be a thought leader providing recommendations for continuous improvement of delivery performance and the customer experience.

    What Will You Do?


    • Monitor, control and support service delivery.
    • Drive internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes.
    • Manage and improve processes for ordering, receipt and delivery of IT assets.
    • Ensure highest levels of performance for incident, request, change and escalation processes.
    • Provide regular and accurate reporting of the delivery performance of local delivery.
    • Proactively recommend areas of improvement.


    Basic Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in service delivery management.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Bilingual English/Spanish abilities.
    • Service management or support experience in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines.
    • Knowledge of ITIL methodology and disciplines.
    • Experience managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services.
    • Strong communication, customer-service, leadership and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure.
