  • Position Description

    Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate (Full Time) to join our Data Communications Division Team in Dayton, OH. This position will move product to designated areas by manually lifting, moving, and/or using a cart and/or pallet jack. Prepares, and packages product for shipment to the customer.  

     

    Main Job Duties:

    • Follow all established policy and safety guidelines
    • Perform assigned warehouse tasks associated with inventory control, receiving, material handling, or order fulfillment.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Required to operate a variety of warehouse equipment (E.g. Computer Systems, Electric Pallet Jacks, Manual Pallet Jack, Stretch Wrap Machine).
    • May be required to operate one or more of the following MHE during ¼ of their daily assignments: Forklift, Reach Truck, Stock Picker or demonstrates mastery of at least one but no more than three warehouse functions.
    • Follow other job-related instructions and perform job-related tasks as requested

    Qualifications

     

    Education:

    • High school diploma/GED preferred

    Experience:

    • Experience: 0-1 years in warehouse or similar environment
