    At a Glance


    Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Inside Sales Representative to join the Data Communication Division Team in Vandalia, OH. The candidate in this role basic purpose of this position is to field inbound interactions by providing customer care technical support services for connectivity products, via e-mail, chats and phone calls.


    What Will You Do?



    • Identify and solve customer connectivity issues or needs on inbound requests from Legrand customers.
    • Answer phone calls, chats, emails and all other inbound customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner striving to provide a first contact resolution.
    • Log and update customer information in CRM to maintain data integrity.
    • Participate in continual training and development (internal processes & software, product and application knowledge, sales process and outcomes, and industry based training)
    • Maintain levels of productivity as outlined by management.
    • Accomplish other assignments or projects assigned by management.


    Required Skills



    • Degree in business preferred or equivalent experience


    • 1-2 years of call center or sales/technical experience, preferably in a related industry.



    Preferred Skills

    •  Proficient with Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to type a minimum 30 WPM
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask using technology
