Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an AI Application Developer to join the Legrand Corporate Team remotely.

 

As an AI Application Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our AI initiatives. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the user experience of our AI tools and applications by creating and enhancing intuitive interfaces for both human and application interactions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the AI team to understand user requirements and translate them into visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain web applications that facilitate human-AI interactions, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Work closely with the AI team to integrate AI models and functionalities into web applications, creating cohesive and efficient workflows.
  • Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Collaborate with business sponsors to create visually compelling and effective designs that align with business needs, while meeting user expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web and application interfaces, working in coordination with the broader AI team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development and user interface design.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or a related field..

Experience/Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Familiarity with backend development and server-side scripting (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails).
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
