Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a RAR Technical QA to join the Legrand Team in Reno, NV. The FMA Tech Support Technician is part of our PAC Tech Support team, reporting to the local Tech Support Manager. This position supports the PAC Raritan and STI brand PDU in support of problem investigation and reworking products. The technician is responsible for the testing of our customer-returned product. This individual will support the customer-requested reworks as well. The Support Technician will play a key support role in the process of making minor repairs to the returned product. This position ensures that all assigned duties are performed quickly, efficiently, and according to the established departmental and company policies, procedures, and goals.
