Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering to join the Data Center Power & Control Division Team - REMOTE. This is a global role, crucial for DPC’s strategic development and operational excellence, focusing on cutting-edge manufacturing technologies and sustainable practices. This position is to provide leadership, vision, and strategy in establishing an Industry 4.0 strategy for the DPC business, including capital expense, focusing on automation and automation opportunities. The incumbent will also be responsible for driving a robust New Product Introduction strategy (NPI) working closely with R&D teams to ensure new products are manufacturable and scalable where appropriate. Furthermore, the incumbent identifies and develops new manufacturing technologies, leading product transfers and a large focus on critical strategic Project/Program Management. The Sr. Director, of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering will also ensure that the local teams have the proper resources, skills, and training to meet the business objectives.
Ultimately this role will be responsible for identifying and supporting Value Add and Value Analysis/Value Engineering productivity across DPC operations.
