Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a CSR & Supplier Performance Specialist to join the Building Control Systems Wattstopper Team in Richardson, TX. In this role, you will support the company's sustainability and supplier performance initiatives, ensuring that suppliers meet quality, delivery, and CSR expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in supplier performance tracking, CSR practices, and will collaborate with internal teams to promote responsible sourcing and environmental stewardship.

 

What Will You Do?

  • Supplier Performance Monitoring:
    • Implement supplier development strategies, including tracking and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
    • Assist in conducting supplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance with performance standards.
    • Drive issue resolution with suppliers to address delivery and quality issues, follow up on root cause, corrective action plans, and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
    • Support and monitor the achievement of Legrand's CSR priorities, focusing on supplier adherence to environmental and social responsibility standards.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to support sustainable sourcing initiatives, including reducing environmental impacts and improving labor practices.
    • Monitor and report supplier compliance with Legrand’s Code of Conduct and ethical sourcing policies.
  • Risk Management Support:
    • Assist in identifying supplier-related risks, including sustainability challenges, financial risk, environmental and social responsibility adherence, and work to implement mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure suppliers meet all relevant environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the procurement, legal, and compliance teams to ensure supplier contracts align with CSR and performance standards.
    • Support cross-functional initiatives focused on Corporate Social Responsibility, process improvements, and supplier development.
    • Support change management initiatives related to standardization of procurement processes and procedures across the business.
    • Coordinate with the quality & supply chain teams to develop the annual QBR Schedule.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Own and Implement processes related to Legrand’s Supplier Value Management tool; Jaggaer.
    • Prepare regular reports on supplier metrics and CSR progress for internal stakeholders.
    • Support monthly supplier risk reporting for the management team.
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

Required Skills

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related fiel or relevant experience.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, continuous improvement, or CSR, preferably in a manufacturing related industry.
  • Understand the need for ethical behavior as a sourcing professional.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
  • Exposure to supplier performance tracking and CSR-related projects.
  • Experience with Ecovadis or similar tool a plus.
  • Experience with Jaegger or other SVM tool a plus.

Travel:

  • Must be willing to travel up to 50%
