Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager – NorthWest US to join the Starline Team. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will primarily be responsible for increasing sales in their assigned area (Western US). Regional boundaries may change in the future as deemed necessary by the company. In this position, the incumbent will be tasked to increase sales in the assigned territory by managing sales representatives, developing relationships with existing end users and key influencers, as well as developing new business. Included in this scope would be consulting / engineering firms, government agencies, general & electrical contractors, VAR’s, electrical distributors, etc. Duties would also include promoting Starline products at local tradeshows, industry events, training sales channel partners, and setting up and participating in “Lunch & Learns.”
Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for developing an annual regional sales plan and achieving the objectives of the plan. There may be additional duties assigned in conjunction with business needs.
