Internal Controls Intern (Summer 2025)

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Controls Intern to join the Internal Controls Department in West Hartford, CT for Summer 2025. This position will be hybrid in West Hartford, CT.

What Will You Do?

• Learn the basic functions of Internal Audits and Controls
• Manage Internal Audit and Controls projects
• Be part of a 2-week Internal Audit

Education:

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• College Junior or higher preferred

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and financial acumen
• Ability to “run with” a project with little guidance
• Strong ability to analyze data and trends and make recommendations
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel (and other MS Office tools)
• Positive attitude
• Ethics and values
• Good presentation skills
