Position Description

At a Glance

 

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Intern to join the ZPE Systems Team in Blumenau, Brazil.

 

Provide clerical and administrative support to the human resources staff.  Assist with internal and external processes of the Human Resource function. 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data entry for HR systems
  • Payroll & benefits updates
  • Recruiting & onboarding
  • Scheduling of interviews, organizing resumes/applications
  • Managing the recruitment cycle for staff level roles
  • Creating new hire packets and employee files
  • New hire onboarding
  • Managing the exit process for terminated employees
  • Maintaining personnel files
  • Filing and archiving
  • Assist in HR Projects, such as Integration initiatives, employee engagement, etc.
  • Office Administrative tasks

Qualifications

Education: Currently enrolled in a university

Experience: 0 – 1 year experience in HR or related field

 

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strength of character, ethics, commitment, and reliability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
