Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join the Global Operations team within the Data Center Power and Control (DPC) division. This critical role supports Legrand’s transformation strategy by advancing the deployment of smart automation solutions across a growing and diverse manufacturing network. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operational Excellence, the engineer will work across all DPC divisions to develop, standardize, and scale automation technologies that enhance throughput, reduce variability, and streamline both production and warehouse operations. A core responsibility of this role will also include the automation of warehouse movements and material handling processes to drive efficiency and accuracy in end-to-end fulfilment.
The Engineer will partner with global research centers and suppliers to design innovative automated solutions and lead their implementation across the enterprise. DPC encompasses several leading brands—Starline, PAC, CCB, DAT, and ZPE—and operates a broad international footprint of factories and distribution centers. This role will help assess automation readiness, define site-specific strategies, and deploy modern technologies such as Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), vision systems, and robotic cells, accelerating Legrand’s digital and operational transformation.

Salary Range: $107,000-$125,000/annually
