Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Director to join the ZPE Team in the Northeast.

The Role and the Team

 

The ZPE Sales Team is seeking a sales professional with 7+ years of enterprise sales experience. If you naturally gravitate towards technology, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to expand your career, this is for you.  The ideal candidate is a hunter who thrives on selling the winning solution to enterprises and MSPs.  As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will own an assigned territory and work with Fortune 1000 companies to help them understand the value of having an isolated management infrastructure and services delivery platform and our differentiation in cloud management, automation, and security. You will also leverage and support our partner ecosystem as a force multiplier for driving accelerated growth into your region. You will be part of a high-energy team of accomplished solution professionals looking to take their careers to the next level.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territorial plan.
  • Accelerate customer awareness and adoption of ZPE technologies.
  • Continually build and grow a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with other functions (such as Marketing, Strategic Alliances, Channel) within the company.

Qualifications

Requirements

 

  • Proven track record in Enterprise sales and territory building.
  • High career trajectory and potential.
  • Someone with proven success in a start-up environment.
  • Consistent and proven track records in previous roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion, drive, and a desire to win.
  • Hunter's mentality is willing to cold call and build new strategic relationships.
  • 10% ~ 30% travel.
  • Team player and share how they win with the rest of the sales organization.
  • Experience selling networking, cybersecurity, IT, and/or critical infrastructure technologies.
  • Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, PANW, or similar OEM background is a plus.
  • 7+ years of proven success in Enterprise Sales.
  • BA/BS degree.
