Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Legrand Team remotely.

 

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process. This position ensures a seamless candidate experience by coordinating interviews, facilitating offer approvals, and generating offer letters in alignment with company policies and procedures. The coordinator works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR business partners, and other internal stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate execution of all talent acquisition activities.
 
What Will You Do?
 
Interview Coordination
  • Contact candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate complex interview schedules involving multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Manage logistics such as meeting room reservations, virtual interview links, travel arrangements (if applicable), and candidate communications.
  • Ensure interview details are accurately captured and confirmed in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Offer Process Management
  • Route offer requests through the appropriate approval workflows, ensuring alignment with internal compensation guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Generate accurate and timely offer letters based on approved details.
  • Partner with recruiters and HR to ensure all offer documentation is complete and properly stored.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling compensation and candidate data.
Administrative & Process Support
  • Update and maintain candidate records in the ATS to ensure data integrity.
  • Track recruiting activity and provide status updates or reports as needed.
  • Assist with process improvements and help streamline recruiting coordination for efficiency across multiple sites and departments.
 

Qualifications

Qualifications
 
Education:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
  • 13 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition coordinationpreferably within a large, multi-site or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS) required. Experience with Oracle recruiting a plus.
  • Familiarity with compliance and documentation standards for hiring in a corporate environment preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle high-volume scheduling.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
