The Sr. Program Manager will be a strategic business partner to the Operations, Supply Chain, GM/VP, Finance and LNCA (corporate) organizations. This position is responsible for the overall success of high-profile strategic projects. Programs may involve strategic growth/reorganization initiatives. The Program Manager establishes program requirements, schedules, budgets, and resources; monitors program from initiation through implementation while assessing/managing risks and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure completion within established requirements.
