The role provides leadership in designing, developing, and validating new products. Works under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment. What Will You Do?- Create innovative, customizable power distribution busway systems and components.- Use a systematic, analytically-based approach to concepting, designing, and testing.- Design and develop mechanical systems utilizing many manufacturing methods such as thermoplastic extruding, plastic injection molding, thermoset molding, metal forming, metal casting, and metal extruding.- Utilize 2D and 3D CAD systems to perform detailed design analysis, including structural, thermal, and finite element analysis methods.- Provide mechanical materials and tooling cost studies. The Firmware Engineer II will execute successfully on software/firmware development for the Building Control Systems (BCS) Division. This firmware will be highly reusable and designed to be leveraged across multiple LNCA Business Units as practicably as possible. This is a remote position, someone in the Eastern or Central time zones preferred. The Sales Training & E-Learning Specialist is responsible for the development of online training content. Tracks participation in training activities, develops content for online learning programs. In addition, manages department reporting, the customer feedback loop and improving efficiency of in-person training events. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the management of a team of planners and buyers who develop and implement a master production schedule that is linked to the monthly sales and operation plan. Plans and establishes production schedules, maintains supplier schedules, monitors material inventories and works in collaboration with the Inventory and Warehouse Manager. Tracks production progress, reviews factors which affect production and recommends remedial action. Lead the team to perform daily tasks associated with ordering and expediting of components, packaging materials, raw materials, invoicing, managing safety stocks, quality and VRMA activities, Responsible for ensuring that all timelines related to the supply chain are adhered to and proceed in an efficient manner to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction. Main Job Duties:- Maintain accuracy of the daily production schedules for all departments to set achievable targets.- Maintain accuracy of the daily supplier schedules to achieve production plans to meet customer requirements.- Liaison with Strategic Sourcing in management activities with key suppliers.
