 At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Systems Specialist to join the Legrand Team in Union, OH. Provides critical expertise necessary to ensure warehouse operations personnel can fully utilize the functions, efficiency and accuracy offered by the current WMS. The role will ensure warehouse operations are efficient and accurate by creating, editing, and updating the warehouse management system (WMS) including providing technical support, training and recommendations to the operations management team. What Will You Do?1. Be the focal point for warehouse operations in warehouse management system to resolve problems and provide support in a team environment resulting in consistency of operations and solutions.2. Gathers, evaluates, and modifies data needed to support efficient warehouse operations such as but not limited to: Item Master, Location profile, slotting needs, and system transactions3. Utilizes Microsoft Excel to assist with basic data analysis when needed.4. Ability to gather and present necessary data to perform root cause analysis with the operations management team.5. Understand inventory flow related to system transactions. Strong understanding of all warehouse processes.6. Effectively communicates with supervisors through multiple channels of communication (Emails, phone calls, video conferencing, etc)7. Assist with the development and executing of training and compliance documents as needed including but not limited to SOPs, flow charts, presentations and user guides.8.  At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Control Supervisor to join the Legrand team in Union, OH. The Inventory Control Supervisor will be an essential position in implementing and monitoring procedures to ensure inventory accuracy within the Dayton Operations Center. The position will assist management in the development and implementation of a formal program to audit all areas related to inventory movement for integrity and accuracy. This individual will lead the cycle counts a program. Will assist in optimizing inventory control procedures and implementing best practices Main Job Duties:- Develop, implement, and monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to assure that they are accurate and timely. 15%- Coordinate a cycle count program in a perpetual inventory environment. 5%- Report the cycle count progress and results to identify necessary recounts 5%Coordinate the efforts of the cycle counts in an effort to identify and correct discrepancies on items at the location level as needed 5%- Monitor and report all inventory metrics. 5%- Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. 10%- Work with key personnel to effectively implement process improvements to operational procedures in an effort to proactively optimize overall location and item level accuracy and maintain the highest possible productivity levels. 10%- Expedites the daily flow of all special order SKU’s to include receiving, labeling, locating and timely shipping. 5%- Monitors special order returns, provides reporting and ensures quick returns. 5%- Coordinates and performs the taking of physical inventories in accordance with the Legrand requirements. 5%- Coordinates the activities associated with product recalls upon request, collaboration with QA department. 5%- Coordinates damaged and defective products, ensuring it is accounted for and properly handled by dumping, reconditioning, or returning to producing plant. 5%- Supervises all inventory control personnel, to achieve objectives relating to inventory control management, provides communication and suggest inventory improvements to OEM. 5%- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management. 5%- Responsible for Inventory Documentation Management 5%- Interview, select, coach, train, manage and appraise the performance of inventory personnel. 5%

At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Stock Clerk to join the Finelite Team in Union City, CA.  The Stock Clerk is responsible for movement of materials and goods from receiving to a proper location into inventory, and to pull parts from stock based on production schedule and as directed. The work schedule adjusts according to the Production schedule with frequent changes, overtime and evening/weekend hours.  What Will You Do? MAIN JOB DUTIES:- Receives incoming stock and materials; moves stock to correct locations in a timely manner - Safely uses hand trucks, carts and forklifts (stand-up and sit down) to move material to and from loading/unloading docks and within the factory storage area- Uses basic stock room tools including RF scanners - Identify and report any damage or discrepancies- Completes shipping/receiving reports- Conduct cycle counts with accuracy- Locates stock and delivers items to their requestor- Keep stockroom inventoried and clean- Ensure all work procedures and safety regulations are followed- Communicate in person and via email within and outside the Logistics Department, including outside groups

At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the Finelite Team in Union City, CA.Finelite is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician as part of the Lean Operations department to perform carpentry, factory facilities and equipment maintenance tasks while keeping the site(s) clean, repaired, and in good working condition. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the candidate performs tasks using proper materials and methods to ensure work is done properly and safely. With an emphasis on carpentry and electrical tasks the role may also include rough/finish woodworking, painting, HVAC, mechanical (forklifts, air compressors, benchtop tooling, etc.), plumbing, general handyman, janitorial, and related skills. Project-level upgrades to site(s) and equipment will be intermittently assigned as well as supervision/oversight to the Facilities team. What Will You Do?- Performs carpentry, woodworking, and painting w/ minimal direction.- Performs basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC and/or facilities maintenance.- Inspects buildings/grounds according to established guidelines for condition, safety, and cleanliness.
