He/She will constantly evaluate efficiency and productivity to identify areas for improvement and implement improvement ideas throughout the entire material and assembly flow based on data collection and analysis, as well as feedback from the operations personnel. The senior manufacturing engineer will create and maintain a lean culture in operations and the entire organization using lean / six sigma methodologies, trainings and guidance. What Will You Do?- Define a solid methodology to measure productivity and efficiency- Collect and analyze data to identify projects that optimize production flow and improve productivity and efficiency in a process of continuous improvement and lean.
