 At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a HRIS Analyst to join the Legrand North America Team.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the existing HRIS tools, including data conversion, business process design, configuration, testing, reporting, training, and ongoing system development in collaboration with the HR Operations, payroll/Finance, benefits, compensation, and IT functions. The HRIS Analyst will also participate/lead in transformative project including acquisitions of new companies as well as interfacing with other foreign subsidiaries on reporting and data integrity. Role: Support the maintenance of HR systems including Ceridian Dayforce as a core HCM, iCims ATS, CrossKnowledge LMS, and Cegid performance management. Responsible for ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Help support upgrades, patches and testing. The HRIS Analyst will lead transformative projects across HR to reduce complexity, enable manager self-service, innovate on new capabilities or systems and improve the employee/manager experience, including acquisitions and conversions of new legal entities and integration of foreign subsidiaries. This position is fully remote, with occasional travel to the HQ office in West Hartford, CT for meetings, or to the field for HRIS conversion projects. What Will You Do? 1. Provide support for all HRIS systems including researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws, recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Assist HR and end users with systems issues.2. Write, maintain, support and analyze a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development and analyzing of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.3. Continuous assessment and evaluation of business processes, recommend efficiencies and automation, and provide enhancements and configurations through the use of technology to achieve operational excellence4. Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Service Technician II to join our Data, Power & Control Division.  This position is fully REMOTE. Area of focus includes Northern Virginia area, Dallas, Houston or Austin TX The Service Technician role will require a highly qualified individual to perform service work on Starline’s full complement of products at customer sites. Technician will work directly with end users and general contractors to ensure that all on-site products are functioning properly and tested prior to system startup. Service Technician must be willing and able to travel to all 48 contiguous states, as needed.   Essential Functions:- Execute a System Startup checklist while at a customer’s site.- Program Starline CPM and 3rd party meters at the customer site. Troubleshoot issues with networking, connectivity, and hardware related to meters if applicable.- Complete a startup certification report and a meter commissioning report. In each case, the technician will be given a template to work from and required to enter data into appropriate fields.- Travel to customer sites and give installation training presentations using both PowerPoint presentations and hands-on demonstrations.- Interact well with customers on the job site.- Obtain a Level 1 Thermography Certification to IR scan energized Busway components as part of routine service visits. Complete associated thermography reports.- Perform load bank and commissioning services on Starline Busway.- Diagnose and repair on-site issues as required by end-users and contractors.- Train and mentor internal and 3rd party technicians related to on-site services.- Suggest new services identified in the marketplace through customer and contractor interaction and present ideas to management.- Identify and specify required testing equipment for new or existing on-site services to create efficiency gains or to increase the depth of testing.- Periodically rework customer units at the field service warehouse when neededKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Superior attention to detail- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers verbally and in writing- Basic MS Windows/MS Office experience – Word, Excel, and Outlook in particular- Service Oriented, actively looking for ways to help others- Excellent critical thinking skills where you can use logic and reasoning to identify on-site product issues- Product knowledge and familiarity with Starline Busway- Ability to present yourself professionally as a Starline representative, must act and dress the part.
