Under the general direction of the VP of Channel Sales, the Federal Channel Sales Manager’s primary responsibilities are to recruit, develop, grow, and manage channel partners focused on U.S. Federal Government business. These channel partners include distributors, VARs, integrators, and others. This position will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and growth objectives. The Federal Channel Sales Manager represents solutions in the data center market, including rack PDUs, KVM, cabinets, containment, and others. Territory for this position includes the entire United States with a particular focus on the Washington, D.C. region. This is a REMOTEposition within the Washington, District of Columbia area.  The Federal Channel Sales Manager, as with all members of the Legrand Team, is expected to promote a positive work environment, demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercise confidentiality Main Job Duties:- Identify, recruit, and develop Channel Partners focused on U.S. Federal Government business.- Through regular meetings and communication, establish productive, professional relationships with channel partner principals / key decision makers.- Coordinate the involvement of our Legrand team, including sales, support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.- Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.- Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.- Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.- Drive adoption of partner programs among assigned partners.- Create account business plans to include quarterly business reports, marketing plans, suggestions, sales objectives, and forecasting.- Create mind share and visibility within the Partners’ sales teams.- Support the explanation and navigation of the Partner Program, including the registration of opportunities and sharing of leads.- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status and performance of partners being managed.- Display original thinking and creativity; Meet challenges with resourcefulness; Generate suggestions for improving work; Develop innovative approaches and ideas.- Display willingness to make decisions; Exhibit sound and accurate judgment; Support and explain reasoning for decisions; Include appropriate people in the decision-making process; Make timely decisions.- Perform other duties as assigned.

At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to join the Starline team in Reading, UK. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the management of a team of planners and buyers who develop and implement a master production schedule that is linked to the monthly sales and operation plan. Plans and establishes production schedules, maintains supplier schedules, monitors material inventories and works in collaboration with the Inventory and Warehouse Manager. Tracks production progress, reviews factors which affect production and recommends remedial action. Lead the team to perform daily tasks associated with ordering and expediting of components, packaging materials, raw materials, invoicing, managing safety stocks, quality and VRMA activities, Responsible for ensuring that all timelines related to the supply chain are adhered to and proceed in an efficient manner to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction. Main Job Duties:- Maintain accuracy of the daily production schedules for all departments to set achievable targets.- Maintain accuracy of the daily supplier schedules to achieve production plans to meet customer requirements.- Liaison with Strategic Sourcing in management activities with key suppliers. Participate in supplier QBR’s as needed.- Monitors Syteline data, inventory reports, and other data resources to determine proper on hand quantities and proper system settings.- Use capacity planning tools to make necessary recommendations to the Production team to change production rates and/or line configurations with available labor.- Develop and maintain rules of engagement for order management including master scheduling policy.- Develops and maintains Master Production Schedule to ensure past due orders are minimized.- Provide daily production/shipping performance updates against established goal.- Evaluate the impact of expedited orders on the production plan and provide feedback to CSS’s.- Participate in scheduling of new products (samples, first production runs, etc.)- Assesses performance, analyzes sales orders and forecasts and communicates risks to the organizations while recommending corrective actions.- Support daily or weekly supplier meetings; engage in supplier report cards.- Liaison with engineering drafting team as needed.- Participate in monthly safety walks.

The Warehouse Supervisor manages and leads the hourly distribution staff in the execution of inbound and outbound functions. This includes the receiving and put-away of inbound receipts, the outbound order fulfillment, replenishment, customer returns, and shipping office requirements. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. What Will You Do?- Position employees in specific roles to accomplish daily goals. Directly manage hourly employees while providing support and development. Reduce/increase work force to accommodate workload. Manage the use of overtime. Manage a clean and safe work environment.- Establishes and maintains employee performance standards. Works with employees to set goals and define development needs.
