At a Glance Legrand has an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join the WattStopper Team in Richardson, TX.  What Will You Do?The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. He/she will partner with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Manager and other Finance team members by providing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and forecasting partnerships. The successful candidate will also prepare a variety of month-end closing functions along with financial forecasting and budgeting inquiries. MAIN ACTIVITIES:1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial report packages for senior leadership using company financial software reporting tools.2. Create monthly variance reports and analyze the reasons behind monthly product and department performance and results.3. Construct monthly sales, sales rebates, and bonus reports.4. Formulate financial models to corroborate initiatives and annual incentive plans.5. Partner with accounting to understand and drive improvements to the reporting capabilities.6. Setup systems and train end users on system operations. Troubleshoot and service all of our products. Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Quality, and Sales to resolve product issues, and fill customer needs.Main Job Duties:- Review project documentation and specifications for implementation of control scheme including sequence of operation and functionality of local Room controllers, Segment controllers, and all gateway components such as BACnet/MSTP and BacNet/IP.- Commission and provide field technical support for all control components to ensure proper functionality per Project Management design and specifications. Provide support for BMS integration issues as needed.- Network with integration technicians, building owners, building managers, and contractors to address any technical issues with lighting control integration, and function. - Utilize WS, and other non-standard software tools and applications for the purpose of control sequence implementation and assurance.- Update and markup control related design drawings and support documentation for use in compiling owner documentation.- Interface with Project Manager and Engineering team on unresolved, pending control related issues in the field.
