Stage materials for warehouse associates to fulfill orders correctly. What Will You Do?- Load and unload materials within a warehouse utilizing manual and powered industrial equipment.- Stack merchandise onto pallets.- Ensure all materials are labeled correctly.- Prep material with shrink wrap and/or strapping to prevent shifting or damage to materials during transportation.- Perform quality checks and complete documentation with results.- Perform basic housekeeping activities such as stocking area is clean and organized, free from food, waste, trash and any hazard that may cause injury.- Participate in annual full inventory count.- Perform other duties as requested by supervisors or management.

Responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity. Main Job Duties:- Requests and print required reports for cycle counting.- Accurately count items in locations.- Reconcile inventory variances.- Identify item variances requiring recounts based on company policy and request counts.- Recount items for other team members.- Operate various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).- Accurately cycle count items per daily cycle schedule.- Audit counts and determine items that require recounts.- Perform bin audits as assigned to fix inventory errors as they occur.

 At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the LNA Team in Fort Mill, SC. This role will manage and lead hourly warehouse staff in the execution of inbound and outbound functions, including receiving and put-away of inbound receipts, outbound order fulfillment, replenishment, customer returns, and shipping office duties. Hours: Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift (with occasional weekend shifts) What Will You Do? Main Job Duties: - Position employees in specific roles to accomplish daily goals. Directly manage hourly employees while providing support and development. Reduce/increase work force to accommodate workload. Manage the use of overtime. Manage a clean and safe work environment.- Establishes and maintains employee performance standards. Works with employees to set goals and define development needs. Provides ongoing, timely feedback and periodic formal performance evaluations, per company guidelines. As required, handles corrective/disciplinary actions.- Coaches, trains and develops team members.- Maintain and manage productivity tracking. Maintain employee attendance records and updates time keeping system as required. Maintain and manage accuracy policy. Maintain vacation request and schedule.- Direct the continuous flow of inbound receipts, put-a-ways, replenishment, outbound shipments of LTL/UPS orders, and returns throughout the facility. Meet daily deadlines and shipping and receiving goals. Monitor entire Distribution Center.- Work with vendors. Ensure inventory supplies are sufficient versus budget. Purchase supplies.- Administer Distribution Center policies in a firm, fair and consistent manner. Conduct regular meetings with hourly employees to ensure good communication. Coordinate with Distribution supervisors and managers to ensure communication and team effort in fulfilling the daily operations of the Distribution Center.- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.- Performs other similar and related duties as required.
