This position will help direct the work of, support and lead a team of frontline employees within the warehouse area including receiving area and offsite Mayview warehouse. This position is responsible for providing oversight and expertise to Demand Planning functions across Legrand North & Central America (LNCA) in the Data, Power and Control Sector (DPC), which consists of four businesses. The DPC sector is a high-growth area for Legrand with a complex supply chain. The incumbent is a strong, experienced leader and able to function in both a matrix and direct organization. The key needs of this position are to develop an S&OP strategy that supports the needs of the four individual businesses along with overall inventory strategies to support business growth, optimize working capital, and minimize E&O. Additionally, this leader will drive Legrand’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals and targets to ensure complete end-to-end alignment focusing on customer needs, cost, efficiency, and growth opportunities are integrated as part of the DPC supply chain processes. The position will report directly to the Vice President of Operations, DPC. Support the Quality Assurance Director by identifying areas where quality control can be improved. What Will You Do?- Perform component or finished goods inspections by using standard mechanical or electronic inspection or testing equipment.
