The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by performing a variety of administrative duties in support of the sales organization. This individual reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager. What Will You Do?- Review all evaluation and no charge orders set to processing in CRM (Salesforce) for accuracy.- Enter evaluation and no charge reference information into ERP, verifying accuracy with CRM (Salesforce).- Perform Customer Service Representative and Inside Sales Representative job duties as needed. - Manage expiration dates of maintenance and warranty renewals and follow up with customer to sell extensions.- Maintain accurate EDI/POS records in CRM (Salesforce).- Assist with credit and exchange RMAs as needed.- Perform quarterly cleansing of CRM (Salesforce) data records.- Provide additional support to the sales team as needed.- Coordinate sales related activities with members of Sales, Marketing or Support teams.- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame, stay up-to-date with new features and product launches.- Have a basic understanding of Server Technology and Raritan products and services, and is current on industry trends and practices in the datacenter market place. - Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management for resolution.- Display original thinking and creativity; meet challenges with resourcefulness; generate suggestions for improving work; develop innovative approaches and ideas.- Display willingness to make decisions; exhibit sound and accurate judgment; support and explain reasoning for decisions; include appropriate people in decision-making process; make timely decisions.- Performs other similar or related duties as required.
At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Material Handler to join the Server Technology team in Reno, Nevada. The Material Handler will perform Kitting, Receiving, and Inventory Control duties. This position ensures that all assigned duties are performed quickly, efficiently and according to the established departmental and company policies, procedures and goals. What Will You Do? - Complete pick and kit production orders per work ticket instructions. Ensure daily department production objectives are met.- Receive, label, identify, and put away incoming product.- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.- Perform daily cycle counts to ensure accuracy of product inventory in accordance with department standards.- Follow proper procedures for storage and handling of inventory; verify incoming materials for accuracy; label and identify materials; consolidate storage locations; put away inventory released from QCI and Receiving.- Follow proper shipping procedures to process orders through IMS; accurately enter customer shipment data.- Prepare orders for shipment by palletize, corner, band, and wrap pallet shipments; package materials as necessary to complete order including boxing and palletizing.- Ensure picking accuracy by following proper techniques and providing assistance to employees; deliver kits to production in a timely and efficient manner.- Complete related paper work and reports in an accurate and timely manner, utilizing computer software and general office procedures. - Pull inventory requests when needed; issue/transfer inventory in system as necessary; deliver materials to the appropriate person/location. - Put away inventory released from QCI and Receiving; stock KANBAN daily.- Process RMA’s; complete receiver for RMAs; disassemble products and re-box products as directed; return grade 1 materials to inventory using return miscellaneous material system.- As needed, operate forklift and pallet jack.- Perform work in a safe manner. Report repairs or safety concerns to management.- Perform other duties as assigned.
