At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Stocker/Picker to join the Kenall Team in Kenosha, WI.  JOB PURPOSE:Perform duties to pull orders for production and shipment; move materials to storage areas and between departments; and receive finished components for storage. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Picking – Warehouse Picker· Working from a live schedule top down for manufacturing jobs and sales orders, accurately pull orders from warehouse storage area; select proper quantity and verify remaining shelf quantity, apply proper identification labels and place on pallet or cart and move to designated staging area.· Pull items requested or where required from stock areas and truck to production area.· Visually inspect materials received for defects and proper quantity, arrange storage location, maintain accurate records of available material and stock in storage areas to control in-house inventories.· Maintain work area, equipment and warehouse in a clean and organized manner.· Perform inventory cycle counts as specified.· Utilize the Epicor terminal and handheld scanners in various recordkeeping tasks and reports.· Follow all ISO procedures and guidelines.· Participate in ongoing individual training/development program(s)· Engage in training of employees and cross-training, perform backup functions to other department members as instructed· Must be able to work overtime when required.· Perform other duties as assigned. Stocking – Warehouse Stocker· Keep production departments supplied with in-process parts, materials and supplies· Pull items requested or where required from stock areas and truck to production area· Stocking MRO cage as requested and perform transactions and cycle counts as needed· Receive components parts and subassemblies; verify counts and identification before moving into warehouse· Visually inspect materials received for defects and proper quantity, arrange storage location, maintain accurate records of available material and stock in storage areas to control in-house inventories· Maintain work area, equipment and warehouse in a clean and organized manner· Utilize available storage space in an efficient manner; arrange for materials to be rotated in proper “first in, first out” manner· Stock inventory in proper location; track stocking transactions as required; consolidate and rotate according to established procedures· Perform inventory cycle counts as specified· Utilize the Epicor terminal and handheld scanners in various recordkeeping tasks and reports· Follow all ISO procedures and guidelines· Participate in ongoing individual training/development program(s)· Engage in training of employees and cross-training, perform backup functions to other department members as instructed· Must be able to work overtime when required.· Perform other duties as assigned GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:· Follow and promote safety rules, POD safety program, safe operating procedures and practices· Report abnormalities in equipment, machines, programs and processes, etc.· Set goals and objectives with Manager; look for ways to improve quality and productivity· Maintain good housekeeping conditions in work area

Under the guidance of the Senior Director of Marketing, the Product Manager is responsible for determining and developing the appropriate product mix in specific categories, marketing planning, and core messaging to ensure a best-in-class competitive product with predictable, recurring, and profitable revenue streams. What Will You Do? ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:The Product Manager will have a proven track record and proficiency in managing the development, implementation and launch of new product initiatives including product, placement, price and promotion. This involves managing the activities of internal/external stakeholders and working closely with Kenall’s functional business departments.The Product Manager will also have a proven track record and proficiency in the discipline of product marketing, having successfully taken new products to market. The Product Manager will research and gather insights to assist the Senior Director of Marketing in setting priorities (product roadmap) for product portfolio planning that includes, but is not limited to product modifications, restages, line extensions and new product introductions. The successful candidate will utilize market insights and intelligence, as well as anecdotal knowledge from Kenall employees and it’s Agents to understand market needs, product attributes, shopping and selection criteria, and the competitive set-in order to develop unique selling propositions that lead to clear brand positioning and consistent core messaging. ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Product Management· Manage all aspects of product management, including plans for long- and short-term product evolution to ensure competitive advantage in the marketplace. The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to create, develop, and implement tooling and metrics to eliminate waste in the Manufacturing process. Major tasks include reviewing complaint information and advising field service personnel on next steps to resolve the customer complaint along with analyzing returns and working with engineering to replicate field problems. This position will also have visibility to the executive level of the organization thru the analysis and presenting of Kenall’s monthly field quality performance. The position interfaces with development engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality, field service and marketing. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:- Consulting with field service personnel on customer complaints, offering guidance on getting to a quick resolution to the problem.- Analyzing field returns to determine root cause and propose corrective action to resolve the customer complaint as well as resolve future complaints on similar product.- Perform on-site support analysis at customer locations.- Consolidate field failure data in clear and concise reports for senior management.- Work with engineering to replicate field problems in a laboratory environment to discover root cause.- Work with marketing to correct specification sheet inconsistencies which lead to customer complaints.

Set-up and operate TIG/welding equipment; weld cold rolled steel and aluminum. 2nd shift 3:30pm - 12:00 am. Overtime and some Saturday's may be required and based off production needs. What Will You Do?- Pass certification test on proper set-up and operation of all welding equipment- Correctly punch in and out on all job assignments- Utilize hand TIG welder to consistently produce quality seam and tack welds- Working from ordinary blueprints, layouts, sketches, templates and/or instructions, operate hand TIG welder to produce high quality lightweight to heavyweight weld assemblies- Set tools, gauges and stops and align work for close tolerance- Check work using simple scales, calipers and/or other measuring tools to maintain quality- Assist in maintaining tools, fixtures, jigs and equipment in a cost-effective manner- Assist in down- or upstream operation to maintain a consistent workflow throughout the process of each job- Accurately complete move ticket transactions and scrap tickets; stock and move loaded pallets to designated areas- Perform other duties as assigned
