 At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Training Program Manager to join the Wiremold Team in West Hartford, CT.  Role: Develops the EWS/Legrand's strategy and vision for the online training and development for all aspects of internal/external sales product and technical training for field sales, LNA associates, and channel distributors to support sales growth. Deliver training to internal and external clients, channel distributors partners and assist in the development and maintenance of new and existing online programs. Support the Training Director in many training activities for the entity’s brands and product lines. Main Activities: · Organization: Team Leader competency model· Main Interface: Internal and external sales representatives, marketing and marketing communications teams, engineering, distributors and agency staff, training vendors and other Legrand trainers. Main Job Duties: · Design, implement, and manage online training program, create engaging and interactive instructor led courses· Develop web based training for product introductions, (webinars).· Effectively identify and prioritize training needs, establish training objectives, create training schedule and work with our marketing team promote training program internally and externally· Create a process and system to manage and access training materials for both internal and external audiences. The successful candidate possesses a strong Ability to use data to help solve business problems across multiple IoT/IoE products and systems within Legrand North America.  Able to quickly and comprehensively understand the data complexities and intricacies of these systems and its relevance to the business.  Must be able to look at complex sets of information and reach conclusions.  It will also include the process of collecting and reporting on new, additional data.  And use this knowledge to help solve business problems.  For example:  how to increase product utilization, decrease power costs, predict maintenance windows and improve the value of data subscription services that Legrand offers its customers. What Will You Do? MAIN JOB DUTIES:- Build, maintain and administer BI tools, primarily Azure Analytics tools, Tableau etc- In collaboration within the engineering team, manage the implementation of analytics tools into the production environments and programs.- Consult with Customer Success, Program Managers and Business Owners to build custom BI Reports and Dashboards for customers- Manage, enhance and develop data models, reports and dashboards, and complex SQL queries both for internal and external use- Integrate and transform data for analysis using SQL, ETL tools and API integrations- Create and curate content - use complex data to uncover and create insightful stories that impact the business- Work with clients (internal and external) to define requirements, establish priorities, offer solutions and execute development- Validate data accuracy, identify error sources, and control content access for security- Execute projects with minimal guidance- Other related responsibilities as required.

They will prescribe practices, create and utilize tools and outside services to direct and monitor all aspects of system security. This includes Hardware, Firmware, Software and all communication vectors within the system. The successful candidate will ensure that we create and maintain secure, compliant systems for both privacy and security standards. They will develop and implement security best security practice techniques for the engineering development of Legrand systems. They also will manage and lead ongoing research and education on current vulnerabilities that affect IoT devices, systems, and software.  Main Activities: · Organization: Individual Contributor competency model· Main Interface: Internal – engineering, product management.
