The Human Resources (HR) Intern will support the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function. This is an onsite position. What Will You Do?Administrative· Communicate to internal and external customers with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and diplomacy; process employee requests and provide relevant information· Perform a variety of administrative functions, including organization, maintaining records and files (soft and hard copies), copying, scanning, faxing, and express mailings; meeting minutes, electronic mail or reports· Create tickets through Dovetail ticketing software system and follow up on tickets with HR Operations team to ensure completion in a timely manner· Perform file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained Recruiting/Onboarding· Provide support for staffing process to create a talent pipeline; open jobs in the on-line recruiting tool, review and disposition applicants for hiring managers, handle interview coordination.· Assist with job offers and the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of new hire orientation.· Assist with processing data and paperwork for new hires/employee changes and I-9 verifications. Engagement· Assist in projects such as recognition events, engagement activities, employee communications, etc., partnering with the HR team. Performance Management· Assist in the annual performance review process. Monitors review activity to ensure that each step in the annual performance cycle is being completed on a timely basis.· Shadow and participate in coaching sessions with managers on conducting meaningful goal setting, training, development and performance feedback. Other· Proactively offer suggestions for process improvements, efficiency, and cost reductions.· Participate in special projects or tasks as assigned.
At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Receivable Associate I to join the Data, Power, and Control Team in Somerset, NJ or Reno, NV. Responsible for all phases of the accounts receivable process. This includes cash application, account reconciliation, some credit management, dispute resolution and customer communication/collections. Provide key direction for internal and external customers to ensure the timely processing of orders while providing prudent management of investment in accounts receivables. What Will You Do?· Organization: Individual Contributor competency model· Main Interface: Internal – members of finance team and sales; External – customers· Budget: No direct budgetary responsibility Main Job Duties: 1. Cash application and reconciliation of customer accounts - Researches and resolves payment issues such as chargeback’s, unauthorized deductions, and policy compliance2. Manage the efficient collections of assigned accounts within the terms and conditions of the company.3. Assist with credit management.4. Perform month end closing activities - ensuring all receipts are processed in a timely manner5. Maintains constant communication and builds relationships via phone and email conversation with customer’s accounts payable departments6. There will be regular interaction with many internal teams for dispute resolution and collection of accounts receivable items in a timely manner.7. Recommend ways to improve processes to avoid future collection issues.8. Performs other similar and related duties as required.

The Associate Product Manager will play a key support role in the process of releasing new products to the production and sales departments. Other responsibilities include generating product requirements, reviewing customer specifications, generating materials for product introductions and technical support for customers and partners What Will You Do? MAIN JOB DUTIES:- Participate in overall product strategy, research and development requirements, development, and manufacturing coordination for new and emerging products.- Coordinate technical product development, estimates of potential profits, and release to production.- Manage day-to-day progress of new product development.- Maintain technical data on Company website and test website when new functionality is added.- Create and update Product Data Sheets. - Create and update part numbers in Customer Relations Management database.- Administer expedited part number creation and release (Hot Shot process).- Administer Functional Wiring Diagram and Dimensional Drawing process.- Respond to 3D CAD model requests.- Provide technical expertise and training to other departments in support of product development.- Conduct marketing analysis to develop product definitions.- Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.- Assist with market research and identify/track market trends in Company's industry.- Perform other duties as assigned.
