At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Power, Access and Control Team in Reno, NV or Somerset, NJ. Responsible for all phases of the accounts receivable process. This includes account reconciliation, credit limit management, and assisting Sales Operations with dispute resolution and customer communication. Provide key direction for internal and external customers to ensure the timely processing of orders while providing prudent management of investment in accounts receivables. This position will perform advanced and complex tasks as well as share expertise within the Finance Department. What Will You Do? Main Job Duties: 1. Researches and resolves payment issues such as chargeback’s, unauthorized deductions, and policy compliance2. Manage the efficient collections of assigned accounts within the terms and conditions of the company.3. Suggests and manages customer credit limits.4. Perform month end closing activities.5. Perform Bank account reconciliations.6. Perform recurring and non-recurring journal entries.7. Develops and implements policies for billing, collections, and cash applications.8. Maintains constant communication and builds relationships via phone and email conversation with customer’s accounts payable departments9. There will be regular interaction with many internal teams for dispute resolution and collection of accounts receivable items in a timely manner.10. At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Material Planner to join the ServerTech Team in Reno, NV. Under direction of the North American Planning Manager, the Material Planner II will provide expertise to create, review, amend, and maintain attainable and effective production schedules for assigned products and product families. The Material Planner II should have enough knowledge base to utilize system tools inclusive of material requirements and capacity planning to ensure that the supply chain is effective in meeting the needs of our customers while maintaining required delivery and inventory goals. The Material Planner II has a significant impact on customer service and production activity and therefore must be a creative thinker with sound decision-making ability that acts with the customer in mind. What Will You Do?- Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers (CM) to order and schedule finished goods and subassemblies, set priorities, communicate on components issues, and act as a general liaison for our Power, Access and Control Business Unit (PAC) and CM needs.- As required, prepare S&OP meeting agenda and participate in meeting discussion.- Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted supply of parts while maintaining optimal inventory levels; ensure customer reliability and meet target inventory turns.- Maintain material master records that pertain to planning data in the ERP system.- As required, create production schedules, provide schedules that best utilize manufacturing labor and facilitate daily production meeting.- Develop and prioritize production schedule to meet sales order shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.- As required, analyze forecasted demand to ensure buffer profiles and strategic inventory levels on components and finished goods are maintained.- Communicate and coordinate with production supervisors and purchasing teams to ensure schedule adherence and recovery if required. Your duties will be to function as an expert and post sales technical resource for our enterprise level customers Additionally, you will be responsible for traveling to customer locations to work alongside NAM (National Account Managers), TSM (Territory Sales Managers) in a post-sales capacity to help develop a post-sales support strategy, to a manage their technical escalations and maintain post-sales relationships with our VIP customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor to ensure successful implementations, that the assigned customers achieve targeted business benefits from their investment in Legrand DataCenter solutions, and that the customers serve as a positive reference. Your technical abilities will be critical in identifying solutions, troubleshooting issues, and answering technical questions as they arise. Under general direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Material Handler I/II will perform Kitting, Receiving, and Inventory Control duties.  This position ensures that all assigned duties are performed quickly, efficiently, and according to the established departmental and company policies, procedures, and goals. The Material Handler I/II, as with all members of the Legrand Team, is expected to promote a positive attitude, demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercise confidentiality. What Will You Do? Main Job Duties:Material Handler I- Complete pick and kit production orders per work ticket instructions. Ensure daily department production objectives are met.- Receive, label, identify, and put away incoming product.- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.- Perform daily cycle counts to ensure accuracy of product inventory in accordance with department standards.- Follow proper procedures for storage and handling of inventory; verify incoming materials for accuracy; label and identify materials; consolidate storage locations; put away inventory released from QCI and Receiving.- Follow proper shipping procedures to process orders through IMS; accurately enter customer shipment data.- Prepare orders for shipment: palletize, corner, band, and wrap pallet shipments; package materials as necessary to complete order including boxing and palletizing.- Ensure picking accuracy by following proper techniques and assisting employees; deliver kits to production in a timely and efficient manner.- Complete related paperwork and reports in an accurate and timely manner, utilizing computer software and general office procedures. - Pull inventory requests when needed; issue/transfer inventory in system as necessary; deliver materials to the appropriate person/location. - Put away inventory released from QCI and Receiving; stock KANBAN daily.- Process RMAs; complete receiver for RMAs; disassemble products and re-box products as directed; return grade 1 materials to inventory using return miscellaneous material system.- As needed, operate forklift and pallet jack.- Perform work in a safe manner. Report repairs or safety concerns to management.- Maintain compliance with all ISO regulations and procedures. - Perform other duties as assigned.Material Handler II- Independently perform routine duties of the Material Handler I position. - Ensure salvage/non-conforming processes are performed to company standard.- Pick and ship Contract Manufacturer, Pallet, and Parcel orders through ERP System/Epicor 10.- Complete specified bin transfers and inventory moves within ERP System/Epicor 10.- As needed, operate forklift and pallet jack.- Perform work in a safe manner.  Report repairs or safety concerns to management.- Maintain compliance with all ISO regulations and procedures. - Perform other duties as assigned.
