This individual will be responsible for analyzing credit history and information related to application for credit and overdue/delinquent accounts in compliance with established LNA policies.  This includes collections of outstanding past due accounts receivable for assigned area, customer follow-up, assistance with deduction resolution and account risk management as well as communication with internal and external customers. What Will You Do?- Credit analysis and account risk management.- Manage the efficient collections of assigned accounts within the terms and conditions.- Oversees release of orders on credit hold. In this role, you will support the Service department by maintaining/coordinating the Service Engineers daily schedules, scheduling service calls, and providing excellent customer service. The New Product Sourcing Specialist  will provide sourcing leadership for new product projects for our Starline Business! This role serves as the sourcing and project management lead on project teams, driving delivery of Starline innovation development for an on-time, cost-effective, and on-spec launch. The specialist ensures that all the products are developed and handed over effectively to run efficiently in our factories from NPD to Production.   What Will You Do?- Conduct RFQ and Analyze quotations from different suppliers, utilizing the (TCO) total cost of ownership tools and the cost of the parts, components, multisource for risk mitigation and on time delivery of project.- Issue PO and expedite materials to support NPD launches for an on time launch. - Work with internal teams (product, engineering, operation, sourcing and purchasing) to implement effective supplier strategies from NPD to product life cycle to minimize supply risk for Starline.- Negotiate with suppliers for parts and tooling, and project timelines to ensure we launch NPD on time, on cost and on spec.- Update and maintain the Costed Bill of Material (CBOM) for each NPD project.- Manage suppliers On Time Delivery (OTD) performance during prototype/development phases (Starline NPD Gates).- Manage the PPAP orders for new parts when PO is place, quality inspection, operation and engineering sign-off.- Work with production buyers to transfer material purchasing responsibility once the new parts have obtained approved PPAP status.- Manage NPD-related ECOs and sustain ECOs that affect new part changes related to the 3-year product plan.- Conduct and facilitate technical design reviews with suppliers, in order to confirm the functionality of the part / component and manufacturability to support engineering.- Lead for sourcing project updates, including risks and mitigation plans.- Perform other duties as assigned.

Additionally, s/he will perform tasks associated with ordering and expediting finished goods, components, packaging materials, raw materials, and MRO commodities. Process purchase orders (PO’s), place and expedite orders, and resolve related problems of significant complexity. What Will You Do?- Develop market related category management strategies for the assigned commodities to identify and implement productivity improvements and opportunities to enhance supplier rationalization.
