Responsible for the development of the regional sales plan for Specification team and implementation of marketing strategies set forth by the company. Work with the Regional Vice President to staff sales positions; develop an effective, well trained sales force (internal and external); motivate the Field Sales Force to high achievement levels through leadership. Establish and develop an effective network while growing key strategic account relationships. What Will You Do?- Prepare Regional annual business plan for Specification in support of company objectives and present to AVP and VP Sales.- Manage, update and implement activities and strategies to support the plan- Manage employees in assigned region including. Establishes and maintains employee performance standards. Works with employees to set goals and define development needs.
