Establish and develop an effective network while growing key strategic account relationships. What Will You Do?- Prepare Regional annual business plan for Specification in support of company objectives and present to AVP and VP Sales.- Manage, update and implement activities and strategies to support the plan- Manage employees in assigned region including. Establishes and maintains employee performance standards. Works with employees to set goals and define development needs.
