The Maintenance Technician will assist the maintenance team in installing, maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery and vehicles. What Will You Do?- Performing basic repairs and installations of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems with assistance from the Maintenance Specialist.- Assist in repairs of mechanical or electrical problems.- Assist in dismantling of equipment to access and remove defective parts using hand and power tools.- Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools and reassemble equipment.- Supports individual departments by performing essential Preventive Maintenance (PM) on various equipment.- Inspects mobile equipment and performs required PM’s to ensure functionality.- Provide facilities keeping services such as light bulb replacement, plumbing repair and general facilities cleaning as needed.- Advises maintenance specialist on items found during PM’s or other tasks that require more attention or repairs.- Provides emergency attention and repairs of equipment to maintain production.- Read and interpret facility blueprints with assistance.- Handing tools, supplies and materials to other workers; preparing the work area, cleaning the work area or equipment.- Oversee work being completed by outside contractors.- Additional duties to be assigned as required.- Source parts, supplies, and equipment from catalogs and suppliers, or obtain them from storerooms.- Basic troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with assistance.- Assist with grounds keeping as needed.- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

This position is responsible for operating company vehicles, 26 foot box truck and Conestoga truck to transport materials safely between vendor warehouses and manufacturing facility. Must have experience operating delivery trucks. What Will You Do?- Load and unload with proper materials for delivery.- Transport product to both our vendors and between Legrand warehouses.- Work within the packaging area in shipping when truck is not scheduled.- Package select preassembled containers, inserts items into containers, using spacers, fillers, and protective padding.- Properly packs customer orders and performs reconciliation with the use of Syteline.- Uses computer programs such as Syteline, Internet, regularly throughout the shift.- Adhere to all company policies, guidelines and practices.- Load/unload trucks.- Cross training to work in other functional department of the plant.- Forklift, Reach-truck and crane operation.- Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Works individually or as part of a design team to develop, evaluate, and validate product designs and specifications. Also conducts design reviews, validates and approves documentation packages, preproduction builds, and production transfers. Provides mentor guidance and support to engineering team members across disciplines. Main Job Duties:- Provide direction and project management for opto-mechanical design and test validation efforts. Work closely with Product Marketing, Manufacturing, and other Engineering personnel during product conceptualization phases and throughout the project phases.- Provide maintenance of existing opto-mechanical products and documentation (design improvements, VAVE cost savings, etc.) and product databases through the Engineering Change process.- Coordinate internal rapid prototyping and production validation requirements using internal prototyping.- Coordinate with the internal Tooling Manager and Outside Design supplier.- Design and develop optomechanical systems and customized solutions, utilizing various methods such as injection molding, metal forming, casting, and extrusion processes.- Perform other similar and related duties as required.

The Field Installation Technician is responsible for performing field service installations, repairs, and supporting all installation operations for our data center customers. You will travel throughout the US to monitor and oversee assembly teams for the successful conclusion of the project. Provides data analysis and root cause identification to prioritize the key logistics projects. Use of statistical analysis, FMEA and other analytical tools required to support recommendations. Develop and monitor process metrics.- Using concepts associated with product slotting; develop, and implement warehouse layout and logistics plans, including grouping products and product families to optimize pick productivity and minimize travel time, determining optimum sizing of pick face locations, work balancing to improve material flow and reduce congestion, load building to ensure placement of product that minimizes product damage during packing and good ergonomics to reduce risk of injury. Over time, monitors changes in customer demand and product offerings and modifies slotting to ensure continued efficiency of warehouse layout.- Evaluates warehouse processes, identify waste, and recommends changes that improve efficiency. Reviews process improvements at other warehouses for best practices that can be implemented in local site. Track and report on efficiency projects. The Sr. Test Engineer will use knowledge of electrical theory to test, characterize, and debug low-voltage and high-voltage power distribution systems. The Sr. Test Engineer will coordinate basic and routine test activities between engineering and manufacturing to achieve the test objectives in a timely manner. This position will document all important aspects of the setup, performance, and results of the testing. The Sr. Test Engineer will ensure that all assigned duties are performed quickly, efficiently, and according to the established departmental and company policies, procedures, and goals. What Will You Do?- Develop and execute system-level procedures to be used for testing, validating, and characterizing new single-phase and multi-phase PDU designs and existing PDU products that exhibit problems.- Develop and execute comprehensive engineering test, characterization, reliability, and margin plans for printed circuit board assemblies.- Collaborate with peers to manage the development of test parameters to verify PDU products meet internal and external requirements.- Develop test fixtures and circuits required to execute engineering tests, validation, and characterization plans.- Generate code and test scripts to be used to run automated tests and data collection.- Write engineering reports and create presentations to document and communicate test, characterization, reliability, statistical analysis, and margin results along with recommended corrective actions.- Recommend design changes based on internal and external customer feedback.- Work with the Electrical Engineering Team and Project Management to determine the root cause of system-level validation failures and propose solutions.- Participate in design reviews of printed circuit boards and electro-mechanical assemblies.
