In this role, you will support the Service department by maintaining/coordinating the Service Engineers daily schedules, scheduling service calls, and providing excellent customer service. This role maintains the customer database with current information, including providing maintenance contract billing information, submitting service invoices and timecards. Works with both external and internal customers to keep ensure clear communication regarding company schedules and service call. Main Activities:Organization:  Individual Contributor Competency ModelMain Interface:  Internal Field Service personnel, service operations/engineering, sales, and other departments. Externally: End Users, Construction Project Managers and Electrical Contractors, Sales Agencies, ASR’s and ASP’s.  Budget: No budgetary responsibility Main Job Duties:- Clearly and concisely communication with customers to schedule and coordinate all service calls including communication via email and phone.- Create dispatch ticket for all service calls, dispatch/schedule/coordinate Service Engineers using SalesForce.com. At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Test Engineer I to join the Data Center Power & Control Team in Reno, NV.Under general direction of the Test Engineering Manager, the Test Engineer I designs, develops, implements, and maintains tests for network interface cards and subcomponents in intelligent power distribution systems.  Tests include configuration, calibration, and quality assurance tests in all levels of the product and recording/reporting test results.The Test Engineer I is an entry level position that also provides production support to make sure that problems related to production testing are resolved in a timely manner.  New tests are created for new products and already existing tests are improved to reduce the error rate.  The Test Engineer ensures that all assigned duties are performed quickly, efficiently, and according to the established departmental and company policies, procedures, and goals. The Test Engineer I, as with all members of the Legrand Team, is expected to promote a positive attitude, demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercise confidentiality.
