The IT Support Specialist position will provide level 1 on-site technical support at a key facility in Fairfield, NJ. This is a remote position, someone in the Eastern or Central time zones preferred. The Sales Training & E-Learning Specialist is responsible for the development of online training content. Tracks participation in training activities, develops content for online learning programs.
