At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Product Data Analyst to join the Legrand North & Central America Team in West Hartford, Connecticut.  The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying product data standards, policies, processes, and analytics as a discipline across multiple product divisions as we consolidate digital platforms.  The Product Data Manager will work with other internal teams in Central Marketing, with product data stewards and business leaders in the product divisions, with the IT department and consultants, and with some external teams, such as industry data aggregators and the eCommerce teams of key channel customers.  A great product data manager is able to grasp the complexity and breadth of product data management, from technical attributes and digital marketing assets to how to organize and deliver it appropriately for specific business requirements.  The ideal candidate will have experience working with product data in various formats, a strong understanding of databases and data analysis procedures, and demonstrated ability to support or lead diverse distributed teams. You will also be tech-savvy and possess excellent troubleshooting skills. The goal is to ensure that our product data is available, complete, consistent, and in the formats needed for digital marketing and eCommerce. What Will You Do?- Product data quality assessment and source mapping.- Identify critical data issues and facilitate resolution.- Oversee the coordination of business unit efforts to ensure that all data is being cleansed to meet defined standards.- Aid in establishing principles, policies, and processes. - Tracking, dashboards, and reporting for multiple audiences.- Facilitate communication vertically and horizontally across business units. - Aid in guidelines, training, and support.- Automate processes for data transfers and data syndication in collaboration with IT.- Manage external relationships with 3rd party data warehouses and data aggregators.- Developmental + Operational.- Perform other similar and related duties as required. - Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

At a Glance The Public Relations & Social Media Manager, Legrand North and Central America (LNCA) will be responsible for all aspects of external communications for Legrand North and Central America including public relations, corporate social media channels, crisis communications and supporting thought leadership opportunities.  This position reports to the Director of Corporate Communications as part of Legrand’s Central Marketing function and works closely with key stakeholders across the company.This role will help communicate to our external audiences on behalf of key stakeholders across the Company, as well as helping shape the brand through social media channels. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the role communications plays in telling how Legrand transforms spaces and improves lives. At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a DATA MANAGEMENT ANALYST to join the ORTRONICS Team in New London, CT.  What Will You Do? The Data Steward will combine a base of solid product knowledge with a strong grasp of structured data hierarchies, dependencies, and relationships in order to help Legrand / DPC ensure that product data is available, complete, consistent, and in the format needed for digital marketing and eCommerce. The Data Steward will understand how web content management systems pull information from various locations to deliver an on-page experience for the web user that helps website users find the right product and gather the necessary information for decision-making. Main Activities: - Organization:Individual Contributor competency model  - Main Interface:Internal – product management, marketing teams within entity and across other brands, IT and sales.  External – customers, contractors, distributors, suppliers and vendors.  - Budget:Develops and manages budget for product line(s), provides input to overall marketing budget.  Manages to budget during fiscal year. Will recommend but probably will not own an overall budget - Main Job Duties:- Manages all the content (product specifications, descriptions, titles) that are pulled into the product detail pages across the Division’s websites, including myLegrand and legrand.us.- Manages all data projects across the Data, Power & Control (DPC) Division, including individual business unit initiatives aimed at improving product data information.- Coordinates with all stakeholders to ensure all data on the websites is reflective of what is required for the entire business, including Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Marcom.- Follows guidance from the Central Marketing and IT teams as it pertains to data taxonomy updates and system configurations.- Works within the product content management (PCM) tool to manipulate and structure data in one-off or bulk edit situations.- Reacts to and resolves all product data complaints and feedback that comes into the website from users, including updating incorrect content, tracking down missing content, performing root cause analysis, etc.- Requests data adaptations and manipulation within the data structure and taxonomy by following specific requests and processes.- Represents the product data needs of DPC as a member of the LNCA Data Governance Council.- Recommends and manages the new product introduction process to ensure all product pages for a product launch include all relevant data.- Acts as a super-user of the PCM and understand all the capabilities of the system.- Supports the customer data needs for 3rd party aggregators, custom content providers, direct customer syndications, uploads, inquiries, etc..- Pursues cleanliness and completeness metrics from the LNCA Central Marketing team by proactively searching the PCM for missing or incorrect data.- Follows all rules and guidance governing LNCA product data.- Performs other similar and related duties as required.
